We adored working with Marjorie when purchasing our home and selling the same home due to extreme circumstances. She got us an offer the first showing due to her skill set listing and staging homes. Although our home’s appraisal did not come back the way we had hoped, Marjorie helped us to break even on our home so we could start our new chapter several hours north. Marjorie had an amazing personality and knew real estate like the back of her hand. I would highly recommend Marjorie as a buying or selling agent!
